Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits

Serving Size: 4

  • 24 ounces vanilla yogurt, lowfat
  • 12 ounces berries -- frozen, no sugar added, thawed
  • cup lowfat granola

Spoon half of a container of yogurt into a parfait dessert dish. Spoon in some of the berries and top with the remaining yogurt. Set aside in the fridge until ready to serve. Sprinkle 2 T. granola on each parfait just before serving.
