Serving size: 10 1/2 cups
- 1 quart skim or 1% low-fat milk
- 1 cup fat-free egg substitute
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup fat-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2-3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 30-60 seconds or until smooth.
Chill for several hours.
Shake or stir well. Serve in glasses or mugs.
