Aztec Black Bean Salad

Ingredients

1 cup red bell pepper, chopped

3 cups black beans, cooked

1 1/2 cups corn

1 cup red onion, chopped

4 cloves garlic, chopped

1/2 cup cilantro, chopped (fresh)

1 jalapeno, minced

1/2 cup lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Directions

Blend all of the salad ingredients together well. Chill before serving.
